FEES

 UK Adoption Tracing Service charges a flat fee. 

There are NO escalating charges or further costs per hour. 

Assessment - £120

• We offer an in-depth assessment of your details to see if a full search would be viable
• The assessment includes: using the most upto date search tools, adoption organisations, non-public records and obtaining documents to confirm details in your adoption/birth information.
• Your birth family/mother will NOT be aware of the assessment or search at any time.
• This service cost is £120
• There is no obligation to progress to a full search following assessment.

Completed Search - £POA

• The full search is a completely focused investigation on the one person we are tracing, however, other family relatives i.e. siblings may be found in the course of a search and will be included in the report at no extra cost. 
• You will receive regular updates throughout the search. 
• At the end of the search we will provide a full report outlining: all the work undertaken; supporting formal documents e.g birth, marriage, death,  land register deeds; and the current name and address or final resting place of your birth relative or the contact details of your birth relatives family.
• Documents will evidence that the person we find is the correct person.
• An Intermediary service and advice is offered at the end of a search by a qualified and experienced adoption intermediary. (charged separately, so you can decide if you wish this part of the service) Intermediary services are NOT compulsory. Unlike other services you will receive a full report whatever you decide to do.
• This service is charged at £550 - £700 

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or by cheque. 
• We also support PayPal and a direct payment can be made using this facility, although a PayPal charge will be made at 3.9% on the final invoice.  Bank Transfer and cheques are also accepted without further charges. We can also agree a payment plan with you using direct debit.
• We can also offer a payment plan, where payments are made over a few months.  Information is only shared when the final payment has been made.
